Immerse yourself in the nature and culture of the Karen community for 2 days and 1 night. Hike through the forest, explore Karen villages, swim in waterfalls, experience close encounters with elephants, and end the adventure with an exciting bamboo rafting ride. Relax amidst the peaceful natural surroundings.
Day 1: Forest Hike – Karen Village – Waterfall – Elephants – Overnight Stay
08:00–08:30 – Pick-up from your accommodation in Chiang Mai
Approx. 1.5-hour drive to the forest hike starting point
Hike with a local guide and learn about the traditional lifestyle and culture of the Karen people
Stop at a waterfall to swim and relax
Visit the Elephant Conservation Center and observe elephants living freely in nature
Walk along nature trails and learn about local plants and fruits
Evening: cook a traditional dinner with your guide and relax in nature
Day 2: Elephant Wake-Up – Waterfall – Bamboo Rafting
08:00 – Wake up to elephants greeting you at your cottage
Feed the elephants and enjoy breakfast
Hike through nature to the second waterfall
Enjoy a picnic lunch at the waterfall
Travel to the river for an exciting bamboo rafting experience
Return to Chiang Mai via our transportation
